But with Daire, you get much more than just job postings. Our AI-driven approach helps us identify the best talent in the market, even passive candidates who aren't actively looking. We also headhunt and screen potential candidates to ensure they’re a strong match. The three or four pronged approach gives your business a significantly higher chance of success compared to advertising alone. Most importantly you will employ someone you are really excited about bringing into the team.

  • Daire combines expert recruitment methodologies with advanced AI and machine learning tools. Our costs are much lower than traditional agencies, but our service goes way beyond just advertising. We provide comprehensive candidate sourcing, including headhunting, AI-powered market mapping, and screening, resulting in a higher success rate than standalone job ads.

  • Our recruitment process includes:
       - Job advertising across relevant platforms

       - Comprehensive screening of applicants to find the best fit for your position

  • Our success rate is much higher than standard advertising and only slightly lower than that of a traditional recruitment agency but at much better value. This is because we offer a comprehensive solution that includes AI-driven talent sourcing and screening, ensuring quality candidates at a competitive cost.

  • If we cannot secure a candidate within three months, you can choose to receive a 50% credit note ($3,000 AUD) to be used on any future position. However, you can choose to continue the search if you are happy with our proactive approach. In the unlikely situation that we are unable to find a candidate within six months, you can opt for a 25% refund ($1,500 AUD).

  • We offer subscription packages to businesses so that they feel reassured that they have a talent acquisition option ongoing throughout the year. The subscription levels are based on the number of candidate introductions per year. The plans start from $1,000/month for 1-3 introductions per annum and go up to $5,000/month for 13-15 introductions per annum. These subscriptions allow even further cost savings, they enable you to budget better, they ensure a steady flow of quality candidates for your open positions throughout the year and give you peace of mind for those unexpected hiring projects.

  • You do. We provide your business with the contact details of all the screened candidates. We believe the assessment of the candidates starts at the very start of the interview process, including their communication and organisation around interviews. Also arranging meetings is 100% more effective between two direct parties.

  • We do. We will require you to give us detailed and positive feedback that can be used to assist the candidates in their search.

  • This is an open answer. Either we will advise your business to offer directly or Daire can be part of the negotiation and offer process.

  • We use a combination of AI technology and expert recruitment strategies to match candidates with roles that suit their skills and experience.  However, we are not a traditional recruitment agency as we work exclusively with clients to find talent.
